:: FIELD NOTE

Set parameters and grow a specimen to populate this record.
How it works. Every field stays on ◊ AUTO (rolled for you, weighted toward what's plausible) or locks to a value you pick. Parameters drive both the written profile and the pixel organism. ENVIRONMENT shapes the body: marine and freshwater forms grow fins and jet siphons, aerial and arboreal ones grow wings, land forms walk on legs, and plants & fungi stay rooted and immobile. Predators grow gaping toothed mouths, omnivores get smaller dentition, and predatory/grasping forms sprout arms alongside their legs. The ⇆ METRIC / IMPERIAL button by the field note switches every measurement. RE-RENDER keeps the parameters but grows a fresh individual; SUBMIT TO ARCHIVE sends the specimen to the curator's holding bay; once approved it appears in the BIOVAULT. (EXPORT TO VAULT still produces a static paste-ready entry and PNG if you want one.)
